Last Friday, I weighed myself and lost 5lbs. Well, the weekend came and kind of slacked off. I start today at 133 lbs.

My shakes have mostly composed of the following ingredients:

2 scoops of Herbalife vanilla powder

2 hand scoops of frozen berries

1/2-1 whole banana

1/2-1 cup of milk

2 ices

=sort of taste like an acai smoothie (yummy!)

I’ve included the multi vitamin, cell activator, and total control 2x/ day. I can’t really seem to remember to do it the 3rd time.

I’ve asked hubby to order the cell u loss (cause I’ve been drinking way too much fluid and that’s too much for my heart to handle).
